This is a prompting Blog

My intent here is to write a poem from the prompt I give to you , the reader, in hopes that it will inspire something and get others to write with me.

Now for the Picture Prompt Challenge!

As the Dark side fiddled with a violin
a light falling rain started pelting him
with each skilled pull on the rosined bow
the interest in his force started to show

A wicked and haunting melody played
his purpose to make passersby delayed
to put his tune deep into their minds
so he plays, as they leave their cares behind.

He weaves his tune so diligently
it seeps into your mind gracefully
before you know it the tune sticks with you
welcoming you to the dark side too.

YOUR TURN

  6. Ah, the sweet, lyrical side of The Dark Force. Those bad boys really do tend to be more artistic.

Hmm... Thinking now about the rebellious nature of original art...

    Thanks for the inspiration!

  10. music definitely has a force all its own... Can't believe it took him this long to realize he'd lure more innocents with a bow than a lightsaber. Well done!
