The rules are you must use this as your first line as it is , with no changes. You may use prose or any form of poetry... We liked the Monotetra form a lot, so we are trying it again here... OURS IS ...
GYM TIME FOR ME
As I stare at my reflection
I see all my imperfections
especially my mid-section
no objection, no objection
I thought I still looked twentyish
when young boys liked to watch me swish
I felt like I was a hot dish
well I can wish, well I can wish
I now can see an older me
where young reflections used to be
this reflection's a felony
Gym time for me, gym time for me

OURS IS...
TRIXIE
To learn to ride, we had a thirst
a Shetland pony, was our first
falling off was really the worst
her name was Trixie
Roan in color, white mane and tail
we rode her 'round the mountain trail
our love for her would never fail
her name was Trixie
She'd head right for the lowest limb
to get you off her back, and then,
wait 'til you got on again
her name was Trixie
Horse shows, parades, some ribbons won
the trip we took to the beach was fun,
riding our pony under the sun
her name was Trixie
Thinking of her brings back memories
some twenty-odd years in our family
she left us Chiquita, her legacy
her name was Trixie
a Shetland pony, was our first
falling off was really the worst
her name was Trixie
Roan in color, white mane and tail
we rode her 'round the mountain trail
our love for her would never fail
her name was Trixie
She'd head right for the lowest limb
to get you off her back, and then,
