a young and tortured soul
enlightenment began to jingle...
in the prestigious New York air,
while silvertongued devils
glitter in the subway,
the souls merge,
no longer
tortured or young...
for there ,
in the dusty subway glitter,
as a prestigious jingle
sung by the silvertongued Sinatra
beckons,
we merge
with the enlightenment
between us.
