Today is Multi-Prompt Monday here at Dodge Writes, which means the blogs we follow are going to be crammed into one or two  poems. If you are joining us today on this adventure please note it is not necessary for you to do these prompts this way, but we do hope you stop in at each of these wonderful sites. And Here we go... OURS ARE...

There were photographs on the wall
of the children and the fun
she smiled at them often
as her ironing was getting done
and she marveled as the years
passed so quickly, after all
were displayed so sweetly
in the photographs on the wall

AND...
Shopping sucks
when you are a kid...
no, don't touch !
put that back !
Mommy can I please have this...
Yes, but only one ...

    Such a creative way to marry all the prompts together. Love the Shadorma...this was what I said everyday, when the kids were little!

    I write stories, but to me, writing poetry is much harder.

    Your Monday's Child poetry is so wonderful. I tried it but it comes SO hard for me and looks so easy when you do it. Thanks for the award! I'm sorry I'm so late in claiming it. Was on vacation and then recuperation time...
